Returns and Refunds
We offer free returns for orders over $100*
Returns must be done via mail only.
Please remember that for purchases under $40 you will be charged a fixed fee for a return, which we will deduct from the amount refunded.

If you have lost your returns label, please email XXX and provide us with your order Number, email address and name for a replacement.

30 Day Returns Policy
We will happily give you a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase and the product:
- is not an Excluded Product described in the list below;
- is still in its original and saleable condition and packaging, with all accessories included; and
- has not been worn or used.
Eligible returns can only be processed by mail. Refunds will only be made using the original payment method stated on your proof of purchase. Please note that delivery fees paid for online orders are non-refundable for change of mind returns.
Products excluded from this Returns Policy (“Excluded Products”) include:
- Hosiery;
- Underwear;
- Clearance items
The above exclusions do not apply to faulty goods returned in line with our Faulty Product Returns Policy (please see below for more information).
Consumer Guarantees
As a consumer, you are entitled to certain guarantees in respect of goods and services under Australian Consumer Law. These guarantees are called Consumer Guarantees and are not impacted by our returns policy. The Australian Consumer Law, however does recognise that the relevant time period may vary by product (or service) depending on the nature of the goods (or service), the price paid and any representations made about the goods (or service).
